SAINT JUDE QUASI PARISH

What is known today as St. Jude Quasi Parish started in the 1960's, with a makeshift shed, where children gathered for catechism and where masses were celebrated on Sundays. When the lot on which stood the make-shift shed was sold in the 1970's, the place of worship was transferred to the end of Zamboanga Street, where a small concrete chapel was constructed. It provided the faithful with a venue not only for spiritual services but also for medical and other related services.

In January 2001, the old chapel was demolished, and it was replaced by a new one. The St. Jude Sub-Parish was blessed in October 2001, by Bishop Socrates Villegas.

PRESENT: Rev. Fr. Ramon C. Bosch, SVD
