The Vicariate of Our Lady of Perpetual Help had their Vicariate Youth Day last October 14, 2017, at the Nativity of Our Lord Parish in Ermin Garcia, Quezon City.
It was attended by a total of 130 youth representatives that came from the parishes of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Nativity of the Lord, Transfiguration of Our Lord, San Roque, and Saint John Paul II.
Fr. Rey Hector A. Paglinawan, diocesan Director of the Ministry for Youth Affairs (MYA), talked about Servant Leadership; while Fr. Fortunato Dumlao, Cubao’s diocesan vocations director, talked on the importance of prayer and a close relationship with God.
All the talks given to the youth focused on M.Y.A.'s four tracks of formation: Spirit, Learning, Virtue and Service.
A 6PM Mass was presided by former M*Y*A*s director Fr. Ronald Monis, together with Fr. Rey Paglinawan. A praise and worship concert followed, which was led by the Our Lady of Perpetual Help vicariate band.
